The authors of this article described the features of entrepreneurial, market and learning organization orientations, how they relate as well as how they impact organizational development when chosen. The article points out that While entrepreneurial associations set out effectively to investigate and use new market openings, market-oriented associations are centered around far-reaching market examination and guaranteeing predominant incentive for clients; learning-focused organizations, on the other hand, maintain their attention on creating and utilizing information to achieve their authoritative objectives (Krzakiewicz & Cyfert, 2019). The authors stress that all the three orientations are mediators of planned orientations and performance as well as the importance of the strategic orientations in expanding the scope of a company.
