Chai, D. S., & Dirani, K. (2018). The dimensions of the learning organization questionnaire (DLOQ) A validation study in the Lebanese context. The Learning Organization25(5), 320-330.
The authors of this article carried out the study to determine the validity, reliability, and applicability of DLOQ in the Lebanese LO concept (Chai & Dirani, 2018). The results revealed that the model was indeed reliable and that LO features could be used on personal as well as on a group level to foster change in a system. The article is useful for HR managers especially, in Lebanon and the Arabic region in general who are interested in knowing how they can apply LO in their businesses. Nevertheless, the study was limited as the sample entailed a large number of highly-learned workers in one field of business, meaning that the outcomes do not represent the entire Lebanese population.
