Supplementary Assessment – Individual Essay (1000 words)
Research and write a 1,000-word essay that examines three (3) causes of service failure in the hospitality industry, and propose strategies that can be used for service recovery. Submission guidelines
1. Typed and formatted following the Assessment Structure Style Guide and uploaded to Turnitin on time in the correct unit folder under “Repeat & Supplementary Assessments Term 3 2019”
2. To be submitted in electronic form as a word-processed file to http://www.turnitin.com
3. You are expected to refer, in text, to a minimum of five (5) academic journal articles, plus others as required, in order to show competency in the assessment.
4. All referencing must be in accordance with APA 6th Edition Referencing and Academic Writing Guide on Sharepoint.
5. A school assessment cover sheet to be attached with your paper.
6. Complete and attach a plagiarism form.
