About Goodwin College
Goodwin College is a nonprofit institution and is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). Established in 1999, the school offers career-focused degrees to its students so as to increase their competitiveness in the employment market. It also provides an innovative learning community for all its students, which increases their competitiveness in the employment market. Conveniently, Goodwin College has day, evening, weekend, and online programs all year-round, and its degrees are flexibly layered across certificate, associate, bachelor’s, and master’s programs.

Community
Goodwin College participates in various community social responsibility programs and requires its students to participate in community service as part of the school’s requirement and also on a voluntary basis.
Student Activities and Support Services
Goodwin College offers student the opportunity to join various clubs, sports, social activity programs, student government, and attend events. Additionally, it has a supportive environment that focuses on the needs of every student. Supports offered in the school include academic advising, career services, clubs organizations, counseling, eTutoring, mentoring, and scholarship assistance. Every year, the school has an NFL game, a fall fun fair, a welcome week for new students, winter fest, Goodwin College appreciation day, among other activities.
Master’s in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) Degree
Goodwin College’s master degree in Organizational Leadership will enable you to become a visionary leader who can implement various changes and drive decisions in an organization. The skills learned in this program will help you to make positive impacts in organizational culture, communication, and in talent and performance management. If you want to advance your career in a managerial or any leadership position, or you simply desire to gain skills on managing various responsibilities, Goodwin College MSOL is the program for you.
A Flexible MSOL Program
At Goodwin, you will be able to complete your MSOL degree in just 20 months of part-time classes. Students are allowed to take 7.5 week classes fully online. Alternatively, all learners are allowed to participate in a hybrid format that combines online and face-to-face learning. Additionally, the school conveniently allows students to apply the program at any time and start the program in either fall or spring.
Advantages of Having an MSOL Degree
The MSOL degree will give you the competence to manage complex organizations. It will also help you develop collaborative problem-solving skills, understand performance management, get skills in performing quality data-collection and analysis, and learn various ways of managing projects.
Financial Assistance
Goodwin College is fully aware that some interested learners may be struggling to pay off student loans from their undergraduate studies. You should not stress yourself on tuition cost. We have a competent and dedicated team of Financial Aid Advisors who can help you get financial assistance to facilitate your studies for the MSOL degree. You may also be eligible for scholarship assistance, which can enable you to pay for your MSOL degree tuition.
Requirements for the MSOL Program

  • Complete graduate application for admission
  • Payment of a $50 non-refundable application fee
  • Submission of an official transcript showing the receipt of a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. (Applicants with a GPA of less than 3.0 may be considered for conditional admittance under certain circumstances)
  • Provision of an professional resume
  • Submission of proof of immunization (measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella)

Applicants must also write a letter of intent describing the benefits of this course of study.
They should include two recommendations letters attesting their readiness to learn and their leadership potential.
