Article Review
The article titled ‘Grounded theory research: A design framework for novice researchers’ is typically based on knowing more about grounded model research. The authors acknowledge that the theory is widely used in both qualitative and quantitative studies but it is also a complex one. As such, novice scholars attempt to gain a deeper knowledge of how grounded theory operates. The purpose of the study was, therefore, to come up with a modern framework that addresses the theory (Chun Tie, Birks & Francis, 2019). The results of the study in the article contained the framework of the grounded theory which was graphically represented. The study concluded that the article was an illustration on how a research study framework can be utilized to enlighten novice healthcare workers who are carrying out an examination that entails grounded model.

Chun Tie, Y., Birks, M., & Francis, K. (2019). Grounded theory research: A design framework for novice researchers. SAGE open medicine7, 1-8.
This article by Chun and colleagues was a study on grounded theory. More specifically, the authors intended to develop a research framework appropriate studies that utilize grounded. The article points out that it is vital for novice researchers to try understanding the grounded theory in details, and offers an overview of the concept. The authors stressed that research which adopts grounded theory involves supplying specific approaches and procedures (Chun Tie, Birks & Francis, 2019). In the results, the article indicates the process involved in grounded theory studies which mainly starts with purposive sampling then collecting and generating data via numerous phases of coding carried out together with theoretical sampling, memoing, and constant comparative analysis. The article is a good resource for those who want to explore grounded theory in deeper terms but limited as it does not contain a methodology and hence its results are questionable.
