Dear Writer, I am glad to meet you in our Mentoring Program (MP) team. My name is Tristan, and I will further guide you during the MP to improve the quality of your academic writing. I’d like to share some general information on our workflow and explain the main Program principles, demands, and expectations.
First of all, it is important to remember that the process of academic writing requires high discipline and attentiveness, and that is why I recommend you to consider all deadlines and order details carefully. Please make sure that all the instructions are clear before you accept the order and start writing.
In case you feel you won’t be able to finish your draft in time, please let me know beforehand. Please do not forget to state the reason for deadline extension. If you wish to reject and reassign an order, inform me as soon as possible. If you don’t inform me and submit the order later than the deadline, it is considered a case of lateness, and a penalty may be applied.
Please always review communication with the customer, the files uploaded, and the order instructions provided. If you accepted the order and then decided that you cannot work on it, reassignment may result in fine application by the Support Team. You should also be aware of our “plagiarism-free” requirement. All writers’ drafts are checked before delivery, and those having high similarity index are returned for revision.
During the process of our cooperation I will be guiding you by giving comments, recommendations, and leaving feedback on the last page of the edited papers to improve the quality of your academic writing. Please study my recommendations thoroughly to avoid repetitive mistakes.
I am usually available Monday to Friday starting afternoon (GMT) and on Sunday evenings. Kindly inform me about the disciplines you’d like to focus on and your availability during the day/week in response to this email. Additionally, please tell me, how should I address you?
Whenever I assign you for an order through the system, an email is sent to you and an autocall is appointed to inform you about the new assignment. Please dedicate time to study the order details and either confirm working, or reject the order. You may automatically take one order and place bids for other orders you’d like to work on.
Once I receive your draft through the system, I will check and edit it. I will then either return it back to you for corrections or submit it to the customer. Once the customer approves the paper, you will see changes reflected in your financial report. In case the Customer requests a revision, make sure to download and work on the edited paper last sent to the Customer.
