In this assignment, which contributes to the 10%-exercises-component of the course, you are kindly requested to report the result of the feasibility analysis of your business project. To do so, you kindly need to go through the following steps:
(1)Prepare a One-Page-Concept-Statement of your start-up business, presented as per the structure explained in class, and attached to this assignment.
(2)Run the “Product Desirability” test by meeting 5-10 Industry Experts in order share with them the above Concept Statement, ask them the questions in the attached document “Product Feasibility”, and request their feedback.
(3)Run the “Product Demand” test by meeting at least 10 Potential Clients in order share with them the above Concept Statement, ask them the questions in the attached document “Product Feasibility”, and request their feedback.
(4)Generate a 1-2 pages Feedback-Report based on the results of the above meetings. The report should kindly mention:

b.Names and titles/designations of the Potential Clients with respective feedback (positive & negative) and suggestions.
(5)Run the Feasibility Analysis of your start-up business by filling-in the “First Screen” template attached. As discussed in class, the feasibility report comprises five parts, each of which has five questions, the weight of each of which ranges from -1 to +1. This means that the score of each one of the five parts would range from -5 to +5. The last part would give the total score that ranges from -25 to +25, along with suggestions for improvement, where applicable. Please make sure to enter these suggestions in the proper column.
(6)Please be ready to present the above during class time of the due date along 5-10 minutes using PowerPoint slides.
