The organization’s goals support its mission, vision, and value statements. In particular, the company aims at being efficient in its delivery of service. Currently, the organization aims to reduce the time it uses when delivering services and also minimizing the frequency of customer complaints. In the past, the organization aimed at lowering employee turnover by 20 percent through training and hiring of skill workers.

The flexible structure of the organization, in which executive VPs are able to make independent decisions increases the organization’s flexibility when it comes to decision-making, which enables it to deliver its services in a fast manner.

The past training program in the organization has enabled it to reduce gaps in skill, talent, and diversity of the leadership team.

Despite the impressive management structure, the company should have training for its board directors in order to ensure that they are skillful enough to understand its operations.

The organization’s goals support its mission, vision, and value statements. In particular, the company’s goal of training its employees and delivering its products in a timely manner enables it to achieve its mission and vision which are based on efficiency and delivering quality products and services.

On the overall, the lean organization structure supports the company’s strategic plan since it enables quick decision making and in the delivery of quality customizable products. Generally, there is no apparent diversity in skills in the human resources.

The training program in the company has enables it to reduce these gaps.

The organization goals support its mission, vision, and value statements. On the overall, the organization’s main goal is to promote the welfare through the provision of an environment that enables business and communal activities in the area to prosper. The current goals of the organization are reducing the distribution and delivery time of products as well as minimizing the frequency of customer complaints. In the past, the organization aimed at lowering employee turnover by 20 percent through training and hiring of skill workers. Generally, these strategies show the organization’s efforts in creating an efficient business and the society by providing fast but quality services and products.

  1. Does the Organizational Structure Support the Strategic Plan for the Organization, Communication, Decision Making, Customer Service, Employee Engagement and Satisfaction, and Cross Department Interaction?

The organization structure supports the strategic plan for the organization. In particular, the company has a streamlined and non-bureaucratic management that is able to quickly address all issues raised by employees. There are 8 departmental directors that represent all the departments in the organization. They are assisted by assistant directors in their work. Each department is made up of one or two divisions that are supervised by divisional managers. These individuals directly address all the issues and as a result, reduce the level of bureaucracy in the organization. In addition, the organization has a board of director, which ensures that its operations are conducted professionally.

Currently, the organization does not have any gaps in skills, talent, or diversity in the leadership team or staff. Through training, the company has been able to minimize any gaps that previously existed. According to Kirkpatrick’s four-level training model, training improves employee’s skills and reduces their turnover rate (Mind Tools Ltd.).

Since this organization aims at providing public services, it should have a representation of the public in order to address their issues more effectively

  1. Class Response

A family sized business that has a streamlined and non-bureaucratic managerial system is effective when forming quick decisions. However, the smallness of the management may be a problem on itself since a company may lack the necessary expertise and research capacity. In addition, the company may have limited capital that may make it have few employees, a factor that may complicate and slow down the company’s desire to have an efficient distribution system.
Class 2
            The formal structure of a business with a well laid hierarchical system ensures that there is systematic procedure and order in the company in the decision-making process. However, this system is prone to having unnecessary bureaucracy, which limits the efficiency of a business. As a result, there is wastage due to the slow decision-making process as well as lost investment opportunities. A company can delegate significant authority to senior managers to minimize the level of bureaucracy.

The main objective of a non-profit making organization is to improve the welfare of its stakeholders through the provision of quality services. Therefore, the nonprofit public organization should have a board of directors that is made up of members of the local community. These individuals will direct it to identify the areas that it should focus its efforts so that it can have maximum benefit to the society.

The use of on the job training is effective in improving a company’s performance and image. In fact, in most companies, the human resource is their greatest asset. In addition, training of employees improves, their skills and motivates them to work for the company since it shows that the organization is interested in their well-being. Therefore, the training of employees will improve your company’s customer care service.

Training of employees is a critical and important part of every company. In the current dynamic business environment, the success of a business is largely dependent on its ability to adapt to the market changes. Generally, the ability to adapt to change is only possible if an organization has skillful employees that are aware of the trends in the market. Therefore, training of employees is essential for the current and future success of a company since it improves their skills which enables them to be more involved in the business. This senior role makes employees more satisfied with their job and reduces the rate of employee turnover.

  1. Class

            The assessment of a training process is essential for the trainer and the organization whose employees are been trained. Generally, the trainer is able to observe if his/her training tactics are effective. In the case of the organization, it is able to observe the reliability of a specific training method as a means of improving the skills of employees. In addition, the organization can also identify issues that should be re-taught if the employees’still lack adequate skills on certain areas that were taught in the training.
